What is “MY LIKES”?
At the bottom of each curated video, on the left hand side, is a green “LIKE” button (you must be signed in to see it). Click on it whenever you are particularly excited by a curated video. Then every time you sign in, your “MY LIKES” page will display all your past favorites.
If you change your mind about a curated video, go back to it and click on “UNLIKE.”
Curators’ six most recent “LIKES” are visible for all to see, at the bottom end of their curator pages.
I have left a comment. Why does it say, “your comment is awaiting moderation?”
You are a new Ryeberg member. Your first comment must be approved. Once this has happened, no-one will stop you from leaving as many comments as you wish, unless of course they are inane, repetitive, or offensive (see Policies).
I want to respond to someone who has already left a comment. Where do I click?
Click on “REPLY”
No, but I want to respond to the curator who wrote the curated video.
Ah, then you must click on “LEAVE A COMMENT” and this will start a new thread.
How do I share a curated video with a friend?
At the bottom of every curated video, there is a button that looks like this: ![]()
Click on it and you will be able to email the curated video to a friend, or post it to Facebook, MySpace, Digg, Reddit, Del.icio.us and many other cool accounts.
When I post a curated video to Facebook, I am unable to include a photo thumbnail of the curated video I am sharing. Is there any way to do this?
Yes, there is. Instead of using the “share” button on the curator page, you must use the “share” button on the curator’s “author page” – this is the page that lists all curated videos by that particular curator.
To get there, click on the curator’s name in the bio, or on “See all by…” This will take you to a page that displays all curated videos by that particular curator.
Click on the “share” button. Scroll through the thumbnail options and choose the correct thumbnail. Write in a message that includes the title of the curated video. Click on “Share.” Done!

Can I change my sign-in password?
Yes. First you must sign in with your current username and password. Once you’re in, put the following address into the URL:
http://ryeberg.com/wp-admin/profile.php
This will take you to your profile page. Scroll down until you see “New Password.” Enter your new password twice, then click on the blue “Update Profile” button. To return to Ryeberg, scroll to the top of the page and click on “Ryeberg Curated Video – Visit site.”
When I click on a video, it doesn’t load. Instead it says: “Invalid parameters.”
This is a temporary problem that will be resolved soon. If it isn’t, please write to technical@ryeberg.com.
How can I receive your email updates?
The best way to keep up to date on what’s happening chez Ryeberg is to become a member. Just click on “Register” in the sidebar, then when you are prompted to sign up for an account, make sure to tick the little “Subscribe” box.
If you’d rather not join our friendly Ryeberg community, you can simply click on “Ryeberg Email Updates”—also in the sidebar—and provide a Username and email address.
Where can I find your RSS feed?
In addition to Ryeberg’s main home page feed (in the address/URL bar), every Ryeberg Curator has a personal RSS link that you can subscribe to. Just click on the RSS button next to the Curator’s name.
Yeah but, what is RSS?
RSS is an acronym for “really simple syndication.” It allows you to receive content from a site or author as soon as updates occur. The BBC does a good job, as ever, at explaining how RSS works.
How can I see all curated videos ever posted?
Click on MOST RECENT in the sidebar and look back through the ages.
I know someone who would be a great Ryeberg curator. I would be a great curator. What shall I do?
Click on the Ryeberg button:
I have a question that you haven’t answered. How can I get in touch with you?
Click on “CONTACT” in the bottombar and go from there.
