I had no idea she wrote, or sang, &quot;We&#039;ll Sing in the Sunshine&quot;, which you prompted me to rediscover. I always thought the line after &quot;We&#039;ll sing in the sunshine&quot; –  &quot;We&#039;ll laugh every day&quot; – was &quot;We&#039;ll cry in the rain&quot;, which tells more of a mournful bent in childhood than the quality of my hearing.

All the camera moves and sound hubbub for which Altman became known are in his Scopitone. And the goof resembles a WASP version of Peter Sellers in &quot;The Party&quot;.</description>
